“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of things shall be well.”
~Julian of Norwich
Today is all about taking a pause. So often we look at everything and think we’re not there yet. We haven’t arrived. There’s more to be done.
Well, the truth is you don’t arrive.
There will always be more to do.
And, the cycle of life keeps turning and turning.
So I invite you to stop a minute and acknowledge you are doing better than you give yourself credit for.
Take this in. I mean it, take this in.
Look how much goes on in your life at any given moment. Even in the midst of loss and pain, goodness, happiness, etc. you are still doing.
Look at the balls you have in the air, juggling to keep everything running smoothly and taking care of all your responsibilities and everyone that is important to you.
I’d venture a guess you are at the very bottom or not even on your “to do” list. I do hope that is not true and you find time to invest in some self-care.
Just for today, stop, take a breath and realize all is well.
You are here
You have been given a new day to begin again
You have people in your life you love and who love you
You are blessed with abundance all around you
You are enough right in this moment; there is nothing for you to fix about yourself that will make you more worthy than you are right now.
You have talents, gifts, and abilities that belong only to you and only you know how to share them with the world. In fact, the world is waiting for you to share your magnificence like only you can do.
More importantly, in all your humanness, whether there are times of struggle, lack, heartache, brokenness, or just the ordinary, ego-driven, “ground hog” sort of days, all is well and all you have to do is relax and let the day take care of itself.
Let go, smile, be grateful and carry-on. All is well.
