Today is Independence Day!
There is so much we have to be grateful for.
First and foremost, we have the honor and the privilege to be living in a country where we are free.
We have no restrictions.
We have no barriers or obstacles.
We have nothing standing in our way to prevent us from accomplishing anything in this life we want to.
We can dream a dream as big as our minds will allow and there won’t be a “No” in sight.
How great is that!
With that being said, today deserves a pause.
Independence Day is about acknowledgement for the blessings that have been bestowed on us.
Independence Day is worthy of celebration.
You are worthy of celebration.
Gather and surround yourself with those you love.
Talk, laugh, hug and share kisses.
Say I love you.
Say thank you.
Bask in the comfort of those you hold dear and enjoy yourself!
Work will come soon enough and you can pick up where you left off.
For today, be free and cherish your right to be who you are and celebrate everything that makes you, you!
